!!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!

I got back from vacation today and called the dealership for an update on my bike. I was told it was done and to come pick it up. I asked if my request for a free 7 year service contract was approved and the Service Manager said NO. He told me to call Harley myself to discuss it further.

I called Harley and spoke with Jamie in Customer Service who was rude, dismissive and condescending. He told me "the bike can be ridden without coolant and it wont cause any problems" so therefore my concerns about excessive heat during break in were ridiculous. He refused to let me speak with his supervisor or the technical department telling me "they dont talk to customers". He refused to give me his last name or employee number for my documentation and refused to give me any kind of timeframe as to when I should expect a phone call back from him regarding my request for a free 7 year extended service plan. He never apologized on behalf of Harley for my experience or made any effort to reassure me that they would take care of me if I had any further problems.

My wife took me to the dealership to pick up my bike and I was told it was good to go. They "believed" it had an air pocket in the system that didnt escape the first 3 times in boiled over so they flushed the system and both the dealership and the factory rep have ridden it and the bike no longer leaks.....WRONG..... I RODE STRAIGHT HOME AND WITHIN 30 SECONDS OF SHUTTING IT OFF IT STARTED DUMPING THE COOLANT AGAIN.... NOW FOR THE 4TH TIME! I grabbed my cell phone and got photos of the tank over pressurized, fluid running out of the overflow tube and the tank empty after it stopped. I also have a video of it leaking just in case there is any question where it came from.

During my inspection of the bike at the time of pickup I also found a new scratch on my gas tank and a debris trapped under the clear coat on the rear fender.

-I called MOCO and spoke with a different employee who took all of my information and my demand for a new motorcycle after 4 overheat situations on my brand new bike.
-I called the dealership and asked to speak with the owner and left a message for him to call me back.

!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!!

Sério? achei que eu tinha viajado e falado besteira hehehe. Mas essa da mistura na HD eu não sabia não, já tinha visto algumas custom que por causa de mistura cozinha o escape e até por causa da vela, mas não pensei que ferrasse assim até com o cabeçote.
